Organic spirulina with 400 mg phycocyanins
With 5 g of organic spirulina, spirulina is one of the largest ingredients by quantity in ASPRIVA CORE. Particularly interesting is the natural plant pigment phycocyanin. This blue phytonutrient is intensively studied in scientific research and is considered one of the characteristic components of spirulina. ASPRIVA uses only certified organic spirulina. Each batch is additionally tested for numerous safety and quality parameters. CORE therefore combines a traditional natural raw material with the quality standards of a modern daily routine.

When should I take ASPRIVA CORE?
There is no fixed intake time, as ASPRIVA CORE contributes to daily nutritional supply. We recommend taking it in the morning or during the day, as ingredients such as L-Carnitine and the B vitamins are suited to the start of the day. Most importantly, take it regularly every day. Please do not take CORE on an empty stomach – preferably after a meal or with a small amount of fat, so that fat-soluble ingredients can be absorbed optimally.
How do I prepare ASPRIVA CORE?
Shake the sachet very thoroughly so the powder can loosen, then open it carefully and completely. Stir the powder slowly into 350 to 450 ml of still water and mix thoroughly until dissolved. Small lumps? No problem – they are a sign of naturalness and quality, as we deliberately avoid separating agents and additives. Simply continue stirring or shake in a shaker.
When will I notice first changes?
Vitamin D3, Vitamin B6 and Selenium contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin C from organic Acerola also contributes to normal immune function. The B vitamins in the formulation support normal energy-yielding metabolism. We recommend consistent use over at least one complete 30-day pack before forming a personal assessment.
Does CORE contain caffeine?
No, ASPRIVA CORE is caffeine-free and contains no caffeinated ingredients. CORE is therefore also suitable for people who wish to reduce or eliminate caffeine.
Who is ASPRIVA CORE designed for?

Why do you use organic certification for Spirulina and Inulin?
Spirulina and Inulin are directly plant-derived. For plant-based raw materials, the risk of pesticide residues and other contaminants is particularly relevant. Organically certified raw materials structurally reduce this risk. Both ingredients meet the requirements of the EU Organic Regulation and are additionally tested as part of our 881-parameter per-batch analysis.
Is ASPRIVA CORE vegan?
Yes. All ingredients in ASPRIVA CORE are of plant origin or are produced biotechnologically from plant-based raw materials. This includes Carnipure® L-Carnitine and Coenzyme Q10, both produced by fermentation from plant-based raw materials.
What is Carnipure® and why do you use it?
The L-Carnitine in ASPRIVA CORE comes from Carnipure® by Lonza. Carnipure® achieves a purity of at least 99 % L-enantiomer – the biologically active form. D-Carnitine, the biologically inactive form found in lower-grade products, is completely excluded through the production process. Carnipure® is vegan, allergen-free and certified kosher and halal. CORE contains 2,000 mg L-Carnitine per daily dose.
Is the Coenzyme Q10 of pharmaceutical quality?
Yes. The Coenzyme Q10 used in ASPRIVA CORE meets the standards of the United States Pharmacopeia (USP-NF 2023), the European Pharmacopoeia (EP 8.0) and the Japanese Pharmacopoeia (JP 17). The purity is 99.7 %. It is free from gluten, animal-derived ingredients and GMOs, and produced by fermentation from plant-based raw materials. CORE contains 100 mg Coenzyme Q10 per daily dose.
Where does the Inulin come from?
The Inulin used in ASPRIVA CORE is organically certified and derived from the root of chicory (Cichorium intybus), cultivated in Europe according to organic farming principles. Inulin is a natural dietary fibre and increases dietary fibre intake. CORE contains 3,325 mg organic Inulin per daily dose.
What is the Reishi extract in CORE?
ASPRIVA CORE contains 500 mg Reishi extract (Ganoderma lucidum) per daily dose, of which 150 mg are polysaccharides. Reishi is a mushroom used in Asian nutritional tradition for centuries. The extract is standardised to a polysaccharide content of 30 %.
Which probiotics does CORE contain?
ASPRIVA CORE contains 10 billion CFU of probiotic cultures per serving, composed of Lactobacillus Rhamnosus and Lactobacillus Acidophilus. Vitamin D3, Vitamin B6 and Selenium in the formulation contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
What does the Spirulina in CORE consist of?
ASPRIVA CORE contains 5,000 mg organic Spirulina (Arthrospira platensis) per daily dose, of which 400 mg are phycocyanins. The organic certification ensures no synthetic fertilisers or pesticides are used. Every batch is tested for heavy metals, pesticide residues and microbiological purity.
Which other plant extracts does CORE contain?
ASPRIVA CORE contains Turmeric root extract (132 mg, of which 125 mg are curcuminoids) and Boswellia Serrata extract (300 mg, of which 195 mg are boswellic acids) per daily dose.
