1. Shake the sachet thoroughly on all sides before opening. This loosens the powder, which has compacted during storage. The natural ingredients will then dissolve much more easily in water.
2. Open the sachet carefully and completely.
3. Slowly stir the powder into at least 350 ml (preferably 500 ml) of still water.
4. Stir thoroughly until the powder has dissolved. Small lumps? Not a problem at all. They are a sign of naturalness and quality, as we deliberately avoid using separating agents and additives. Simply continue stirring or shake in a shaker.

Please do not take ASPRIVA® CORE on an empty stomach, but preferably after a meal or at least with some fat so that the nutrients can be optimally absorbed.

There is no fixed intake time because ASPRIVA® CORE contributes to the daily supply of nutrients. The micronutrients it contains, including coenzyme Q10 and spirulina, help to protect cells from oxidative stress, among other things. Whether before or after exercise, the key is to take it regularly as part of a balanced diet.

We do not recommend taking it in the evening, as the combination of L-carnitine, coenzyme Q10 and vitamin B complex could affect sleep in sensitive individuals. Yes, the acerola powder we use is organically grown in Brazil and meets the requirements of the EU Organic Regulation (DE-ÖKO-006). It is extracted from the juice of the acerola cherry (Malpighia glabra L.) and contains at least 17% natural vitamin C. We use this powder as a natural source of vitamin C in all products that contain vitamin C, i.e. ASPRIVA GLOW, ASPRIVA SMILE, and ASPRIVA CORE. The powder is strictly tested for pesticide residues, heavy metals, and pollutants to ensure the highest quality and purity.

ASPRIVA CORE contains certified organic spirulina powder (Arthrospira platensis). It contains 60-75% protein and phycocyanin, which is known for its antioxidant properties. The heavy metal content is extremely low, e.g. the lead content is 98% below the EU limit. Yes, the coenzyme Q10 we use is of pharmaceutical quality. It complies with the standards of the most important pharmacopoeias: USP-NF 2023, EP 8.0 and JP 17. The coenzyme Q10 has a purity of 99.7% and meets strict requirements with regard to heavy metals, germs and solvent residues. Yes, the inulin we use is organic inulin. It is extracted from the root of the chicory (Cichorium intybus), which is grown in Europe according to the principles of organic farming. It also meets the highest quality standards and naturally complies with EU limits for harmful substances such as heavy metals, pesticides, and ethylene oxide. The product is not genetically modified, is not irradiated, and is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Yes, ASPRIVA CORE does not contain any animal-based ingredients and is therefore suitable for a vegan diet.

We rely on Stevia as a result of a science-based decision because it is the best available alternative for sugar-free sweetness. Our water-soluble powders are designed to be functional and taste pleasant, without sugar or artificial flavors.
