For us, sustainability also means regional responsibility. That is why all our products are manufactured in Germany. It goes without saying that our products are manufactured under GMP conditions. For the same reason, the packaging is also produced in Germany, by family businesses in our immediate neighborhood. Such details are important to us.

Yes, Omega 3, ASPRIVA CORE and ASPRIVA GLOW are suitable for daily use and can be taken every day. However, there is no problem in skipping a few days or taking a break after a month. ASPRIVA SMILE and ASPRIVA SLEEP are designed for occasional use. They come in handy sachets that can be stored safely for a long time. So you can take them with you when you travel.

Our goal is to develop products that are purely vegan, but not at the expense of a solid scientific basis for all ingredients. That is, if vegan alternatives do not offer the same well-founded studies or suitable dosage forms, we give priority to proven ingredients. For example, 1,100 mg omega-3 fatty acids such as EPA and DHA can currently only be implemented in a capsule with high-quality fish oil in the desired concentration and composition.

To get the most out of your ASPRIVA powder, shake the sachet briefly to activate the natural ingredients. Pour at least 250 ml of still water into a large glass; if you like the taste milder, you are welcome to use more water. Slowly sprinkle the powder into the water and stir thoroughly. If small lumps form, that's a good sign – after all, we deliberately avoid using anti-caking agents and additives.

Yes, our products are formulated in such a way that you can easily combine them throughout the day without any critical dosing. The five products complement each other perfectly. Of course, it is recommended that you only take ASPRIVA SLEEP before going to bed and not SMILE as well. There should be a 3-hour interval between these two products.
