Shipment Information

ORDERS BEFORE 1PM CET - SAME DAY DESPATCH
Orders received before 13:00 CET are usually shipped the same day. Our goal is to deliver in Germany all orders within one business day. In exceptional cases, it may take up to three days. The stated delivery times are therefore added to this processing time. We only ship once the payment has been confirmed.

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER €100
The exact shipping costs are based on the value of the shopping basket minus promotional codes and are automatically displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping on all orders over €100.

DELIVERY TIMES
We ship with DHL. The estimated delivery time within Germany is 1 to 3 business days. During seasonal peak times or discount periods, delivery times may be longer. Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.

SERVED COUNTRIES
We currently deliver to Germany, Austria, France, Italy and Switzerland. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Leimen, near Heidelberg. We currently use DHL for deliveries within the EU.

SHIPMENT TRACKING
We only use trackable shipping methods. As soon as the package has been handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive the tracking number by email. This allows you to track the status of your delivery online at any time and, if necessary, contact the shipping provider directly.

TAXES & DUTIES
VAT is charged for all shipments within the EU. Customs duties and taxes in the destination country are to be paid by the customer. We work closely with our logistics partners to minimise possible customs delays and ensure smooth delivery. For deliveries outside the EU, additional duties, taxes and fees may apply.
