Returns at ASPRIVA – how it works

Here we have compiled the most important information for you:

  • You have up to 14 days from receipt of the order to cancel the purchase. You can find all the details in our cancellation policy.

  • Please do not return items to us freight collect, as parcel services usually charge significantly higher costs for this, which unfortunately we would have to pass on to you.

  • Please also note that opened or unsealed food and food supplements, as well as damaged items, cannot be returned.

  • Make sure that your return address is clearly legible and be sure to enclose a note with the order number or a copy of the invoice!

We will inform you immediately upon receipt of the goods and refund the purchase price. The refund will be made as soon as possible, usually within 14 days.

COMPLAINTS

This is how you report defects to ASPRIVA:

If you discover damaged goods or quality defects, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or refund the purchase price.

In any case, please contact our customer service first and do not return any goods freight collect, as this can lead to high costs. For complaints, send your request directly to service@aspriva.com.

Please always include your order number – preferably directly in the subject line of the email – and, if necessary, attach photos to explain and document your complaint. We will deal with your request as a matter of the utmost priority and process it as quickly as possible.
