You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase. You can find all details in our withdrawal policy.

Opened or unsealed food products and dietary supplements, as well as damaged items, are excluded from returns.
Please make sure your sender details are clearly legible and include a note with your order number or a copy of the invoice in the parcel.

How to report defects to ASPRIVA.
If you notice damaged goods or quality defects, we will cover the return costs in warranty cases and offer a replacement or refund the purchase price.
Please always contact our customer service first and do not send goods back unpaid, as this can lead to high costs.

Always include your order number, preferably directly in the email subject line, and add photos if needed to explain and document your complaint.
We will handle your request with very high priority and process it as quickly as possible.
