Your role
As a PTA, you are the central point of contact for pharmacies and customers who need sound advice on our products. Your expertise in the health sector helps you to communicate our high-quality nutritional supplements in an understandable way and to answer medical questions. This role is crucial because your expertise and empathy help you build trust and contribute to long-term customer loyalty. Every question and every problem offers an opportunity to show our customers how much we value their concerns.
Your tasks
- Supporting pharmacies and customer enquiries by email and phone.
- Providing expert support on questions about our products and ingredients.
- Processing and monitoring orders.
- Working with our sales team to support pharmacies with sales and information material.
- Participating in sales-oriented projects and events to further establish ASPRIVA in pharmacies.
Your profile
- Completed training as a PTA (pharmaceutical-technical assistant) or a comparable qualification.
- Professional experience in the pharmacy or health sector is an advantage.
- Enthusiasm for longevity topics and dietary supplements.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
- Friendly, communicative manner and enjoy contact with pharmacies and end customers.
- Empathy, passion and a high degree of implementation strength.

ASPRIVA stands for uncompromising quality and scientifically grounded nutritional supplementation as part of a holistic longevity approach. Our five products are sold exclusively via aspriva.com, with a focus on DACH and Italy. Scientific rigor is our obligation, not a marketing promise. Our customers make rational purchasing decisions based on evidence, not impulses. This is the standard by which we measure every channel.
THE ROLE
You will take operational and strategic responsibility for all marketing activities at ASPRIVA. At least 60% of this role consists of direct, independent data work: reviewing campaign architecture, validating tracking, comparing agency reports against real revenue figures, and identifying funnel breaks.
We are not looking for a classic Head of Marketing. We are looking for someone who reads platform data with the mindset of an auditor, who rejects “looks good” as a statement when the data does not support it, and who understands the difference between a real purchase signal and an optimized conversion metric.
Anyone used to simply briefing agencies and receiving reports will fail in this role.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Independent review and management of all external performance marketing agencies: campaign architecture, bidding strategies, conversion settings, and budget allocations are verified by you, not simply accepted.
- Tracking ownership across GA4, Google Ads, and Meta Ads: discrepancies between platform data and real Shopify sales figures are identified, explained, and resolved by you.
- Complete funnel diagnosis from ad to purchase, including checkout abandonment rates and mobile conversion performance on Shopify.
- Development and implementation of a cross-channel DTC strategy for DACH and Italy, with an understanding of regulatory differences.
- Building and managing partnerships with experts, scientists, and longform content formats as a measurable performance channel, complementing paid media.Management of CRM and retention with a focus on repeat purchase rate, subscriber retention, and LTV.
YOUR PROFILE
At least 4 years of hands-on experience in DTC performance marketing, not in purely managerial or coordination roles.
Deep operational understanding of Google Ads, including Search, Shopping, and Performance Max, as well as Meta Ads, including attribution models and audience structure.
Proven experience in funnel analysis with GA4 and Shopify, as well as in validating platform data against real revenue figures.
Experience with high-priced DTC products that require explanation, with an AOV above 50 euros. Impulse-driven FMCG experience alone is not sufficient here.
Basic understanding of EU Regulation 432/2012, the Health Claims Regulation, and its consequences for advertising materials and product communication.
A plus: experience in the supplement, health, or premium longevity segment, as well as knowledge of incrementality and MER-based management.
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS
You consistently distinguish between substantiated statements, plausible hypotheses, and speculation, both in conversations and in reports.
You do not accept platform ROAS as proof. Your first question is: does this match the real sales figures?
You recognize when an agency avoids naming a problem because doing so would put its budget at risk.
You do not use terms such as “building reach” or “increasing brand awareness” without a concrete metric behind them.
You do not need a finished setup. You prefer building structures yourself rather than continuing to work with flawed structures created by others.
Regular presence in the Heidelberg office is required.

- Brand understanding and infrastructure: Develop an understanding of our brand DNA and build the infrastructure for effective influencer management.
- Network development: Identify and acquire influencers, thought leaders and brand ambassadors who share our mission and go beyond purely commercial interests.
- Events: Present ASPRIVA at trade fairs, conferences, online events and through other engagement strategies to successfully expand our network through personal contacts.
- Social media: Create and implement strategies to activate influencers on the social channels relevant to us.
- Innovative campaigns: Develop creative campaigns to optimally highlight ASPRIVA in our target group and communicate our differentiating features.
Your profile
- Knowledge and passion: In-depth knowledge of the DACH influencer ecosystem and a passion for healthy nutrition and supplementation.
- Operational and strategic skills: Ability to work both operationally and strategically to increase influencer marketing and brand awareness.

Your role
As Sourcing Manager, you will take overall responsibility for developing and implementing our purchasing strategies and continuously optimizing supplier relationships. You will actively build a network, develop an in-depth understanding of the value chain and achieve lasting improvements through in-depth analysis and strategic category management. Your work will be crucial to achieving our ambitious growth and sustainability goals.

- Managing our established international supplier relationships that meet our strict requirements for quality, sustainability and innovation.
- Supplier development: Building and maintaining a high-performing supplier portfolio, negotiating contracts, and monitoring compliance and continuous improvement.

Your profile
- Master's degree in a relevant field (economics, purchasing, supply chain) or comparable qualification.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in strategic purchasing, ideally in the procurement of indirect goods in food manufacturing.
- Experience in project and change management as well as negotiation skills in complex situations.
- Fluent German and English skills, other languages are an advantage.
- Experience in sustainability and innovation in procurement is desirable.
