ORDERS BEFORE 1 PM – SAME DAY SHIPPING
Orders placed before 1 PM (Monday to Friday) are usually shipped the same working day. Our goal is to dispatch all orders within one business day. In rare cases, delivery within Germany may take up to three days. Stated delivery times refer to transit time only and exclude this handling period. Shipping starts after payment is received.

FREE SHIPPING FROM €100
Shipping costs are based on the final cart value after applying any discount codes and are automatically calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on all orders above €100.

DHL PREMIUM & DELIVERY TIMES
We ship exclusively with DHL Premium. Standard delivery time within Germany is 1 to 3 business days. During seasonal peaks or promotions, delivery may take longer. Please note: no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.

SHIPPING COUNTRIES
We currently ship to Germany, Austria, France, Italy, and Switzerland. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse near Heidelberg. Within the EU, we use DHL Premium exclusively to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

TRACKING
We only use traceable shipping methods. Once your parcel has been handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can check your delivery status anytime and contact the shipping provider directly if needed.

TAXES & DUTIES
For all orders within the EU, VAT is included. Any duties or taxes in the destination country are the customer’s responsibility. We work closely with our logistics partners to reduce customs delays and ensure smooth delivery. For non-EU shipments, additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply.
