All orders placed on business days before 1 p.m. are usually shipped the same day. Our goal is to hand over all orders to DHL within one working day. In rare cases, processing may take up to one additional business day. Orders are shipped after payment has been received.
Delivery times include a processing period of 0 to 1 business days. The fast delivery estimates apply to orders placed from Monday to Friday before 1 p.m. No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse near Heidelberg via DHL Premium. We currently deliver to Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Spain. Orders to Switzerland are processed separately.

Once your package has been handed over to DHL, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. This allows you to follow your shipment online at any time.
