Yes, that's another excellent idea. It's best to add the lemon juice once ASPRIVA GLOW has completely dissolved in the water. That's precisely why we only use natural flavors. At ASPRIVA, we consistently avoid artificial additives and ingredients. Lemon juice is just one of many options. Fresh mint, a splash of raspberry or orange juice, or a few berries can also help you refine the taste to your liking. It's also always a good idea to use 0.5 liters of water. This makes the natural flavor profile particularly mild and balanced.

We want to ensure that our products are safe even when consumed daily. That's why we purchase our raw materials ourselves and select them very carefully. However, that alone is not enough for us. ASPRIVA® GLOW can be taken daily in the morning or during the day. Coenzyme Q10 is involved in energy metabolism, which is why taking it in the evening is not ideal. Vitamin C and phytochemicals such as astaxanthin, lycopene and proanthocyanidins are also more suitable for daytime use. The zinc (5 mg) is a moderate amount, but for sensitive individuals it is better to take it during the day.

No, ASPRIVA® GLOW is not suitable for vegans because it contains a very high-quality collagen hydrolyzate that is obtained from animal sources. Collagen is an essential component of the skin structure and has been scientifically studied in this form for a long time. Vegan alternatives are often based on plant extracts or peptides that can support collagen metabolism, but in our view their effectiveness has not yet been sufficiently scientifically proven. That is why we rely on proven quality and bioavailable collagen peptides. This is what we mean by uncompromising, i.e. we would have liked to have offered a vegan option, but that would have required compromises.

Skin structures only change slowly. In human studies, regular intake of collagen or Q10 usually shows the first measurable effects after 8 to 12 weeks. Yes, the acerola powder we use is organically grown in Brazil and meets the requirements of the EU Organic Regulation (DE-ÖKO-006). It is extracted from the juice of the acerola cherry (Malpighia glabra L.) and contains at least 17% natural vitamin C. We use this powder as a natural source of vitamin C in all products that contain vitamin C, i.e. ASPRIVA GLOW, ASPRIVA SMILE, and ASPRIVA CORE.
