1. Shake the sachet thoroughly to loosen the powder, then

3. Slowly stir the powder into 350–450 ml of still water.

ASPRIVA SMILE contains several ingredients that could have an effect on the central nervous system and influence serotonin or dopamine metabolism. These include, for example, 5-HTP from Griffonia, L-tyrosine, ashwagandha, taurine and L-theanine, which together with certain antidepressants, such as selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), MAO inhibitors or tricyclic antidepressants, can cause undesirable effects. These include excessive serotonin levels, which in rare cases can trigger a so-called serotonin syndrome, so it is important that you only start taking SMILE in consultation with a healthcare professional if you are taking or have recently taken antidepressants.

ASPIRVA® SMILE should be taken in the morning or during the day. The ingredients L-tyrosine, taurine, vitamin B complex and vitamin C are suitable for the start of the day. Griffonia extract with 5-HTP and L-theanine can be easily integrated into your daily routine.

For some individuals, consuming certain substances involved in serotonin production in the evening can potentially disrupt sleep onset or architecture. ASPRIVA SMILE contains several ingredients that can influence sleep, including 5-HTP from Griffonia, vitamin B6, L-theanine, vitamin B3 and L-tyrosine. While many of these ingredients have been shown to improve sleep quality in scientific studies, some people may be more sensitive to them. If you are sensitive to these ingredients, it is therefore advisable to observe their effect on your own sleep and to avoid taking them in the evening if necessary.

Yes, the acerola powder we use is organically grown in Brazil and meets the requirements of the EU Organic Regulation (DE-ÖKO-006). It is extracted from the juice of the acerola cherry (Malpighia glabra L.) and contains at least 17% natural vitamin C. We use this powder as a natural source of vitamin C in all products that contain vitamin C, i.e. ASPRIVA GLOW, ASPRIVA SMILE, and ASPRIVA CORE. The Griffonia extract used in ASPRIVA SMILE comes from the seeds of the Griffonia simplicifolia plant. The plants grow wild in West Africa and are carefully harvested by hand without agricultural cultivation or interference with nature. The extract is produced in the EU according to strict European quality standards. The extract is obtained from pure plants using water and contains at least 20% natural 5-HTP. It is a pure natural product without chemical enrichment. The DNA certification of the raw material is particularly exceptional: it clearly guarantees that only genuine Griffonia simplicifolia is processed.
