Instructions for Preparation & Consumption
1. SHAKE IT
Give the pouch a quick shake before opening to awaken and loosen the valuable natural ingredients, ensuring the powder dissolves optimally.
2. OPEN IT
Tear the pouch slowly at one notch.
3. PREPARE WATER
Pour at least 250 ml of still water into a large glass. If you prefer a milder taste, feel free to add more water. For SLEEP, use a large cup of hot (but not boiling) water - this helps to fully release the valuable ingredients.
4. MIX IT
Let the powder slowly trickle into the glass of water, then stir it well. Tiny clumps? Don’t worry - it’s a sign of natural quality, as we intentionally avoid anti-caking agents and additives in all our products.
5. ENJOY IT
Enjoy your drink slowly and let the high-quality ingredients work their magic. You can add juices if you like. For SLEEP, a little honey is a nice touch.
By the way, experts recommend that plant extracts, such as those found in our water-soluble powders, be taken with a meal for optimal absorption. For fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K, as well as omega-3 fatty acids, the full effect is achieved when taken with a little fat. Even small amounts of fat can enhance absorption.
